I like to say this piece.
The Purple Cow. by Gillete Burgess
I never saw a purple cow,
I never hope to see one,
But this I will say anyhow,
I’d rather see than be one.
Try to Guess:
I am small.
I live in a tree.
I eat bugs.
I sing.
I bring my babies worms to eat.
My nest is made of twigs and dry grass.
I fly and teach my babies to fly.
Do you like best the things I do?
Flower – White rose.
Color – Red, white, and blue.
Movie – Bambi.
Theater – Egyptian. (Where the monkeys are)
Song – America the Beautiful.
At school – To color.
