VIRGINIA MICHAEL – Born in Hollywood, California, October 30th. Her favorite pastime is roller skating and Legion fights. Likes people with a sense of humor and good piano players. Her dislikes are conceited people, moss green, reckless drivers. “Gone With the Wind” is her favorite book; Art and Journalism her favorite subjects.

Juniors: Are you interested in bowling? If so, Ginger Michael is hoping to organize a Mar-Ken Bowling Club, and you may see her for further information.

•Ginger Michael was elected Secretary of the Junior Class.
•Ginger Michael is the co-editor of this issue of the Mar-Ken Journal. She wrote the Alumni column, and a letter to the Editor promoting a bowling team that she is forming.
•”FASHION: Bright Colors Predominate.” Ginger Michael is looking very tailored in a beige slack suit with hood and trimming of Indian Penny.
•SNOOPER: Seen skating, oh so merrily at the Roller Bowl, Saturday night was Ginger Michael and 8 or 9 Hollywood High boys. Nice going Ginger!

Third on our list is petite Ginger Michael, the gal who does all the minute taking in the Junior class meetings. Ginger’s ambition is to become a designer. She is a native daughter and was born on October 30th in Hollywood. She has a terrific bowling score and also likes tennis and skating. When she’s not designing costumes you’ll find her driving around in that maroon coupe of her own. She enjoys listening to “Deep Purple” and “Rhapsody in Blue” but admits insincere people annoy her.

Ginger Michael: A native of California, born in Hollywood. She wants to be a famous costume designer. “Body and Soul” is her favorite record and Rhapsody in Blue tops the classical list. Bowling is the sport she enjoys most, but for a pastime she reads books like “King’s Row”.
