What I Can Be.
When I am a man, a man,
I believe I will be the president,
If I can,
Now don’t you laugh, for I can.
But I think I will be a painter until I am.

My Balloon.
I went to a circus
I bought a red balloon,
But before I got home,
It popped with a loud boom.

Guess what I am.  -  I have two pointed ears.  I have a stubby tail. I wiggle my ears . . . I eat carrots.

A Pony Ride.
Our room went down one day on Riverside Drive. We had a pony ride. We went in a big automobile. Mrs. Bessire drove the car. I rode a pony named Whitie. Can you guess what color it was? I had two rides. Each ride cost ten cents. It cost twenty cents but it was fun.
