Professional singer: Sang duets with Nelson Eddie from 1945 until his death in 1967.
Also used the stage names Gale Sherwood and Dale Sherwood.

Jackie was in seventh grade in 1941. She was President of the Executive Department of her class. She served as Circulation Manager of the Mar-Ken Journal. She co-authored articles about Chief Clear Sky's visit to Mar-Ken, and Man and His Boats for the Yearbook.

Jacqueline Nash wrote the Class Ambitions section of the Yearbook, and says that she is going to be a singer, or actress …. or both. In Eighth Grade Class Predictions, "Laughing Jackie will be an opera singer if she makes up her mind to grow up."

JACKIE NASH comes from Allied territory, Toronto, Canada. She has a beautiful singing voice and has recently entertained at Army camps. Also to her credit is her frequent work in motion pictures.

JACKIE NASH – Who is destined to become a star of light opera, was born in Hamilton Ont., Canada, March 4, 1929. When gazing at roast beef, with those flashing eyes, she can always be heard saying "Huba Huba". Her greatest talent is her golden voice.
